Legal
Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what personal data I collect through primavista.es, why, and what your rights are. It is written in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
1. Who is responsible for your data
- Eitan Schnitzer, trading as Primavista
- NIE: Z2240524F
- Galera, Granada, Spain
- Email: info@primavista.es
2. What data I collect
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), type of business, current website (optional) and your message. When you contact me by email or WhatsApp, I receive the details you choose to send.
This website does not use analytics or advertising tracking.
3. Why I use your data, and on what basis
- To reply to your message and answer your questions, based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the contact form.
- To prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to carry out the project, based on taking steps at your request before a contract and on performing that contract.
- To keep invoices and related records, based on legal obligations.
4. How long I keep your data
If we do not end up working together, I delete your enquiry within twelve months. If we do, I keep your data for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for tax records.
5. Who else processes your data
I do not sell or share your data for marketing. Some service providers process data on my behalf to make the website and communication work:
- Hostinger, which hosts this website and its contact form submissions, and my email.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact me through WhatsApp. Their own privacy policy applies to that service.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Just send an email to info@primavista.es.
If you believe your data is not handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
7. Security
I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including a secure connection (SSL) on this website.
8. Changes
I may update this policy, for example if I start using new tools. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
